Dear Aunt Martha,

I recently interviewed for a position and it was a panel interview. Being the grateful applicant that I am, I want to send a thank you card to my interviews. However, since there were four of them do I send one thank you card per person or a general thank you card to the panel?

Sincerely,

Anxious Applicant

Dear Anxious Applicant,

It’s great that you want to thank your interviewers. While you did interview on a panel, you should send an individual thank you card to each of your interviews. Try to remember specific details about each interviewer to write in you thank you cards. This will look especially impressive if you have multiple interviewers. I highly recommend writing the thank you cards right after your interview and you can even drop off the cards into the company mail box right after you finish writing them.

Sincerely,

Aunt Martha
