Coming from New York City, Sophia is a sophomore majoring in Human Biology, Health and Society. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers.

I am a Human Biology, Health and Society major, originally from New York City. I love being a part of the College of Human Ecology, and have fostered my closest friendships with people I’ve met through various events hosted by the College. I’m excited to be further involved as a Career Assistant for the CEC and advise and encourage students on their career journeys!
Where do you see yourself in the future?
In the future, I plan to pursue a career in medicine, specializing in pediatrics. I am passionate about children’s health, and I hope to have the privilege of taking care of many patients in the future.
What are you involved in on campus?
On campus, I’m involved in Human Ecology Ambassadors, DUAC, and a research assistant for the Child Witness and Cognition Lab. I’m also a member of the Club Tennis team, Chorale, and Tri Delta Sorority.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I love reading novels, listening to music, and eating food with my friends and family!
